Rex learned his first word and it's adorable! Yesterday we were getting ready for another cheer competition. The girls, Rex, and I were upstairs while Adam ran down to get something. Rex crawled over to the railing and yelled out, "Daaaa!" Adam came over and said, "Did you say 'dad'?" and Rex jumped up and down and squealed with delight. He has asked for "Daaaa" several times this weekend and it's just darling!

That is awesome. I bet Adam was so proud to hear that!! I can't believe Rex is already saying words...he is getting so big!
Tell Rex to knock it off. He isn't allowed to do everything first. Ha Ha. Really, that is soooo cute.
So cute and smart. I will have to tell Grant he needs to start talking soon, or maybe not because usually the word "No"follows!
